Between 08:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC on Monday, 20 October 2025, a widespread AWS infrastructure outage caused interruptions to several external services we rely on.
All easyMoney core systems remained fully operational, but some ancillary services such as live chat and payment processing experienced temporary degradation outside of our control.
